What is your exchange/return policy?

All orders are mailed labeled with a return address please contact us below for any inquiries regarding exchanges/returns. Please include your order number in all inquiries.

We are committed to providing quality service. If there is an issue with your order please contact within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns/exchanges If we made a mistake and you receive the wrong item, size, damaged, or misprinted shirt. We will be happy to replace this for you at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds, only store credit and/or replacements. 

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

- Unfortunately we only allow one discount code/ discount per order. 

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you free of charge.

I received the wrong item What should I do?

-If you receive the wrong item please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we will get the correct shirt shipped free of charge.

I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?

- We recommend that you wash your shirt turned inside out with like colors in cold water. Avoid the use of fabric softener, as this will reduce the lifetime of the print and cause it to crack. Either hang to try or tumble low.

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

- Yes, we are working hard on our product line! 

Do you ship worldwide?

- Yes we do!

Do you cover any customs fees set by our country?

- We do not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your country may require. If you refuse to pay these customs fees, and your packages are returned to sender you agree to forfeit a 20% order value restock and shipping fee. 

Where is your company located?

- Lands is located in Canton, Ohio

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Orders ship during regular business hours Monday-Friday. If you order early in the morning it may ship the same day. Everything we sell is produced after you order to cut down on our environmental impact. There will be rare cases that we get backed up with orders, so if you would like specific updates on your order, please reach out using the contact us method on the site. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

- Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

- Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

A Design I found on Savelands.org looks similar to another one I have seen before!

What forms of payment do you accept?

- We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Do you accept donations?

- We are not a charity, we are a business so we do not accept donations. 

 

The color of my shirt is slightly off from the picture is this normal?

- Yes, everyone's screen displays slight different colors and photo lighting may show a slight different color.

My package tracking says that it was delivered, but I have not received it?

If a package states that it is delivered by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately SaveLands.org has no control over the package from that point on. Some common reasons for that may be that the package was delivered in a parcel box, or at the front door of the residence. What you will need to do is immediately call the carrier and make a claim of a missing package. 

I have moved from the address, but placed an order to be delivered at my old address:

If you have moved or relocated, it is the customers responsibility to call the carrier and update the information they have for proper forwarding, Save Lands is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address, if the address given matches the shipping label, (this includes any returns/exchanges as well.)

Shipping Delays Due to Covid-19:

Currently, just like many other small businesses we are facing some delays on shipping, and other challenges caused by Coronavirus. We are working with the state to keep our employees safe. Please be patient with us, feel free to reach out to us via Live Chat on our Website 24/7 to get updates on your order. Everything at Save Lands is made to order, to drastically reduce our waste as a company and keep our planet safe and healthy. Shipping times do not account for production time as well. All orders will be produced and shipped on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, orders delayed the longest, will be shipping with more priority. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we are doing everything in our power to continue to serve our customers. Thank you as always, for your continued support.
